What to expect   

•  Your business coach needs to understand how your business currently works. Over one or two sessions, we will discuss your sales, marketing, people, administration, finance, growth potential and systems. Following these sessions, we will have a look at the areas of the business that need the most immediate attention.

• Your business coach will meet with you on a weekly basis or as needed. During these sessions, we will focus on what needs to be done to rectify particular issues in the business. We will also discuss what resources will be required to rectify the issue and create a list of items to be actioned within a specific time frame and in a sensible order. Your business coach will be included as a resource available to your business.

• As well as reacting to pressing issues, we will begin talking to you about the future of the business as well as your personal goals. For your business to be successful, it must get you closer to your personal goals. Your business coach will ensure that you keep your eye on the bigger picture.

•  We will become a resource available to your business. Your business coach will use their skills and get directly involved in your business. It is important that you and your coach communicate regularly in order to get the results you want as soon as possible.

• We will assist with staff employment, training and managing where necessary. Your business coach is experienced in managing large teams and will be able to assist you to manage the challenges that staff will present you with as your business grows.

• Your business coach will be able to assist you to make more positive decisions. Having someone who understands your position and understands the pressure you’re under can be important when a critical decision needs to be made. Think of your business coach as a part time, executive level partner with less emotional attachment than you.
